Service Description

Are you training for an upcoming marathon or half marathon? This plan is designed to fuel and hydrate you through the finish line. We will work together to develop an individualized sports nutrition plan that considers your current exercise training and goals as well as your personal food preferences. This will include individual pre- and post-race recommendations as well as fueling and hydration strategies during your race. We will review current supplement use, evaluate efficacy, and how to take them safely. You will have access to individual recommended professional-grade dietary supplements through Fullscript and a 1-day suggested meal plan will be created based on your personal food preferences.
