Service Description

With so many options and conflicting marketing messages, it is difficult to make the best choices when you feel overwhelmed at the grocery store. We will discuss what the best food and drink options are for your nutrition goals. Grocery tours last approximately 90 minutes and are provided at H-E-B in Brenham. We will go aisle-by-aisle (not just the perimeter!) and discuss which foods are better choices and how to incorporate them into your diet. We will also review how to read food labels and evaluate products, and your questions will be answered along the way.
