Follow-Up

Follow-up sessions are great for making modifications and fine tuning any nutrition plan. Establishing lifestyle changes takes time and cannot be accomplished in one nutrition assessment. Consider a single follow-up, but more than one may be recommended for maximum long-term benefit. These sessions are flexible and can be done virtually or in person. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed.

Weight Management

Weight management is for anyone who wants to lose weight, maintain their healthy weight, or in some cases, gain weight using sustainable dietary changes  while incorporating your individual preferences.

This program meets you where you are at in your journey to a healthy life. Fad diets and other programs often cut out certain food groups. Instead, we will focus on what foods can be added or modified to promote a healthy weight and energy levels for you.

An individual meal plan will be created around your preferences, lifestyle, and activity level. Each program will vary based on personal goals and include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluation of current diet based on food journal, medical history, and nutrition history

  • Individual meal plan

  • Grocery store list based on food recommendations

  • Menu and meal planning

  • Supplement recommendations and access to professional grade dispensary

This program is most successful with follow-up sessions to help identify barriers and provide support for sustainable success. Follow-up sessions are not required but strongly encouraged. A single follow-up session or plan may be needed and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed.

Grocery Tour

With so many options and conflicting marketing messages, it is difficult to make the best choices when you feel overwhelmed at the grocery store. We will discuss the best food and beverage options for your nutrition goals. Grocery tours last approximately 90 minutes and are provided at H-E-B in Brenham.

This would be a great addition to a Weight Management or Sports Nutrition program.
