Follow-up sessions are great for making modifications and fine tuning any nutrition plan. Establishing lifestyle changes takes time and cannot be accomplished in one nutrition assessment. Consider a single follow-up but a Session Plan is recommended for maximum long-term benefit. These can be done virtually or in person.

We will take a deep look at your current health and nutrition status, medical history, weight history, physical activity habits, supplement and medication use, usual food patterns and preferences, and personal nutrition goals.

With so many options and conflicting marketing messages, it is difficult to make the best choices when you feel overwhelmed at the grocery store. We will discuss what the best food and drink options are for your nutrition goals. Grocery tours last approximately 90 minutes and are provided at H-E-B in Brenham.
