Omega-3 Index

Omega-3 Index Test

An omega-3 index of 8-12% has been shown to:
 

  • Improve cognitive function

  • Support brain & heart health

  • Delay onset of muscle soreness

  • Promote muscle recovery

  • Enhance immunity

​

Certain individuals should consider omega-3 index testing a priority. Seek guidance if you have suffered concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or participate in a sport or occupation with high risk for head injury.

​

Recommended frequency: At least every 6 months.

​
